1. Warranty and complaint

1.1 Some of FoFill AB's goods may be covered by a warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty conditions for each item can be found on the product page. The warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer's order confirmation is valid as a guarantee certificate.

1.2 The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim an error in an ordered item must contact FoFill AB as soon as possible after the error is discovered, via the contact details provided on the Website. Complaints made within two months of the customer discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in time. The customer has a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the Website. In the case of a complaint or warranty case, FoFill AB reserves the right that it may take some time as the supplier of the product is the one who decides on approval of the case.

1.3 FoFill AB is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

1.4 When the complained item is returned and the complaint is approved, FoFill AB will compensate the customer in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. FoFill AB strives for this to take place within 30 days of FoFill AB receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the goods. FoFill AB reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. 2. Right of withdrawal

2.1 When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying FoFill AB of this within 14 days of the customer or the customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period). Note that if the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as the customer having handled it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item.

2.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods: goods with a broken seal (for example dietary supplements, cosmetic products, electronics, scales and similar products); goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old (for example dietary supplements, health food and other foods with a short shelf life).

1. Delivery conditions

When you place an order with us, we want you to feel safe and informed all the way from order to delivery. Here are important points about our terms of delivery:

1.1 Order confirmation

As soon as we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email. It contains details of your order, so save it for any future communication with our customer service. Always double check that the contents of the package match what is stated in the order confirmation.

1.2 Delivery times

Standard Delivery: You should receive your package within 1-3 days. During major promotions, delivery may take slightly longer.

Backlisted products: Orders with backlisted products are shipped when everything is in stock. We reserve the right to remove backlisted items from your order.

Delivery notification: When your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification via email.

1.3 Delivery options

Delivery to agent (PostNord): Sent to the nearest agent and the customer receives an SMS notification when the package is ready for collection. Cost: Free for purchases over SEK 599, otherwise SEK 89. Be sure to fill in the correct first and last name when ordering. In the case of incomplete information (if the name does not match your ID information), problems with collection may occur.

Home delivery (Gordon Deliviery): Cost: SEK 89 for purchases under SEK 599, SEK 0 for purchases over SEK 599. You choose the time and date for delivery at the checkout. Important to enter the port code. If you have chosen a time and day but would like to change, contact Gordon to rebook HERE . ATTENTION ! Changes to the booking must be made approx. 3 days before the scheduled delivery. For changes that do not take place 3 days before, the customer will be charged double shipping. See below latest time for change of delivery.

Example : I have booked delivery for Monday at 10:00-22:00 but want to change to another date. I must change no later than Friday before 08:00 to be able to change without extra shipping costs.

Important to note

If you have both protein pizza and protein porridge in the shopping cart and are checking out, the shipping costs will be combined into a shipping cost "Delivery". This cost is for both the home delivery of the pizza and the package of porridge sent to your agent. When you have both products in the shopping cart, a home delivery date will automatically be selected for you. You will receive information about the date and time selected in the confirmation email sent to your email after your purchase.
